We cannot always guarantee that a new bit will be shipped out, but please select your preference of bit condition and we will do our best to honor that request. If a bit has been previously used, we do guarantee that it has been cleaned and disinfected before it is sent to another customer.

Reflocking and Repairing

This service is performed at your establishment, after the saddler has assessed the fit on the horse and listened to any problems the rider may have.

Saddles can be refitted from measurements and photos as well.

Reconditioning *NEW*

This is a new service available to riders who find their saddles stiff, dry, or inflexible. We will recondition the leather to restore its suppleness.

Saddles and bridles of any brand can be mailed to us to be reconditioned. This service takes approximately seven to ten days.
