TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF SALE
Payment
Payment is required at time of order.
Forms of acceptable payment include personal checks,
money orders, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover,
American Express), and certified or cashier’s
checks.
If payment is by personal check, your check will
be held and merchandise will not be shipped until
the
check clears.
Prior approved credit accounts allow thirty (30)
day credit terms and must be paid within thirty (30)
days
of invoice date to avoid assessment of eighteen percent
(18%) monthly finance charge on unpaid balances.
Prices
Posted prices are subject to change without notice
although every effort has been made to include most
recent pricing.
Unless you specify otherwise, similar items in quality
and construction may be substituted for those items
not in stock or no longer available.
Claims
You must notify us and the shipper in writing within
ten (10) days from the invoice date for non-delivery
of goods or within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt
for damaged or defective merchandise.
Claims not timely reported will be deemed forfeited.
Shipping
Merchandise will be shipped via United Parcel Service
or United States Postal Service. We will make every
effort to use the most economical shipping method
available to your geographic area.
You are responsible for paying shipping charges.
Shipping charges will be calculated as part of your
total invoice amount.
We will ship outside the continental United States
at your request.
You may opt to insure shipped merchandise and are
responsible for insurance charges calculated as part
of your total
invoice amount.
Returns
You must call for authorization before returning goods for
any reason.
Where possible, goods should be securely packed and returned
in the original packaging. We reserve the right to charge
a fee where returned items have been damaged due to improper
repacking.
You are responsible for paying return shipping unless the
return is due to fault or defective merchandise or for items
we shipped as the result of an incorrectly filled order. We
will accept returned merchandise for merchandise exchanges,
account credit where applicable, or refunds.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking/handling charge
of twenty percent (20%) of the returned item’s purchase
price.
Any major damage to returned merchandise will assess the
value surcharge indicative of repair costs.
Some items may not be returnable for credit.
Custom-Fit Merchandise
All sizing of custom-fit saddles, bridles, and bridle work
will be made in accordance with measurements provided to
us by the purchaser. We will not be responsible for any custom-fit
merchandise made to specifications you have provided to us
in error. Manufacture of custom-fit merchandise will not
begin until the purchaser has paid a non-refundable deposit
at the time of order.
All orders for custom-fit saddles require a non-refundable
deposit of Seven Hundred Fifty USD ($750.00).
All orders for custom-fit bridles and bridle work require
a non-refundable deposit of One Hundred USD ($100.00).
Custom-fit merchandise may be returned at the purchaser’s
expense, but the deposit is forfeited — no exceptions.
Title to Merchandise
The title to any goods sold and delivered does not pass to
purchaser unless and until the full purchase price is paid
Limited Warranty
Hastilow saddles, trees, bridles, and bridle work are warranted
to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for
twelve (12) months from the date of purchase from an authorized
distributor. If the Hastilow competition saddle needs repair
or replacement during this period, Hastilow Competition Saddles
USA, LLC, will repair or replace the defective saddle at
its discretion.
We will provide you with special instructions for proper
care of your Hastilow product at time of delivery.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to ordinary wear and
tear, such as wear to the cover caused by abrasion, or to
damage resulting from abuse or from causes other than defects
in materials and workmanship, including modification to the
original product.
The warranty on Hastilow saddles is limited to the Limited
Warranty set forth above.
There are no other warranties that extend beyond the face
of the Limited Warranty as stated, including, without limitation,
express or implied warranties, warranties of merchantability,
warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, warranties
related to proper fit to any particular individual, and warranties
of title or non-infringement.
In the event that it becomes necessary for Hastilow Competition
Saddles USA, LLC to institute legal proceedings in order
to enforce the terms of this warranty, we shall be entitled
to recover all costs associated with such enforcement, including
attorney’s fees from any purchaser.

Hastilow Competition Saddles USA, LLC and www.AllEnglishTack.com shall not be liable for, and the customer assumes, all risk
and liability of any use or handling of any and all merchandise.
Hastilow Competition Saddles USA, LLC and www.AllEnglishTack.com
do not have specific information concerning how the products
sold herein will be used and do not know the details concerning
the packaging, handling, or procedures that may be employed
in association with any particular product sold herein. Purchaser
is solely responsible for determining the adequacy of each
product sold herein for the particular use or uses to which
they are applied.
Any misstatements, errors, or omissions made by Hastilow
Competition Saddles USA, LLC and www.AllEnglishTack.com in
the advertising of the products shall not create any liability
for Hastilow Competition Saddles USA, LLC and www.AllEnglishTack.com

do not assume responsibility for any purchaser’s compliance
with federal, state, or local laws, rules, ordinances, or
regulations.
In no event shall Hastilow Competition Saddles USA, LLC and
www.AllEnglishTack.com be liable for any claim for incidental
or consequential damages arising out of or in connection
with the manufacture, sale, deliver, or use of any product
described herein. Hastilow Competition Saddles USA, LLC and
www.AllEnglishTack.com’s liability in all events is
limited to, and shall not exceed the purchase price paid
for any product. Because some states or jurisdictions do
not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental
or consequential damages this limitation may not apply to
you.
Horses are huge, powerful beasts. We have no control over
how you use or maintain our equipment or your horse. It is
your responsibility to buy proper and suitable equipment
for yourself and your horse. Under no conditions will Hastilow
Competition Saddles USA, LLC and www.AllEnglishTack.com be
liable for any form of damages caused to or by you or your
horse. We sell our goods “as is,” subject only
to any applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
