With your purchase of a new "Custom" Hastilow or Williton Bridle, we will first need the appropriate measurements before we can begin. Below are detailed instructions and the forms you will need to complete and send back to us.

3.	Choose the appropriate form below, print, complete and attach to the order form above. *Note: You only need to fill out one.* If you do not have an existing bridle, please print out and complete this form. Bitting Questionnaire - Designed to please your horse!

This bitting questionnaire is designed to help you assess your horse and it’s requirements before ordering a bit, especially if you do have a bitting problem. To help us help you, please download, and print out the form below and furnish us with as much information as you can in regards to your horse.

In many instances it will not be possible for you to give us the horse’s full history in the questionnaire but please provide as much as you can. Also, read the notes on mouth conformation and how to assess it in “Enlightened Bitting” (available on request) especially if you are experiencing major bitting problems.

Riders do not only source us when they have problems, many times they are just looking for a little bit of fine tuning and to know that their horse is as comfortable and responsive as possible. Please let us know what disciplines you are experienced in and at what level you have ridden. We are equally as interested to advise a happy hacker as we are a Grand Prix Team Rider.
